As a Next Chapter coach, you will lead clients to succeed in their fitness journeys and create raving fans who stay with us and refer their friends.
You will be responsible for making sure members you work with are on track to meet their goals, as well as maintain and/or upgrade their memberships. We expect our team members to receive positive reviews and generate referrals.
Next Chapter team members have a high level of responsibility, work enthusiastically with clients, work well in a team setting, are adaptable to change, and are strong communicators.
All coaches must hold a current Personal Trainer certificate from an accredited agency (or the equivalent) and be CPR/AED certified.
Bonus credentials for this position include:
At least two years of training experience, preferably with the demographic of our member base, is required.
This position is part-time, offering:
Competitive compensation ($24 - $30 per hour)
